West Liberty-Salem Schools are CLOSED
Wednesday, February 10th.

The West Liberty-Salem Boy's Basketball game scheduled for tonight, February 9th vs. Springfield Central Catholic has been canceled and rescheduled for Saturday, February 13th with the Freshman game starting at 11:30 a.m. and the JV and Varsity games to follow AT Springfield Central Catholic.

The West Liberty-Salem Boy's Basketball vs. Anna scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 6th has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 16th at 6:00 p.m. at WL-S. There will be no Freshman game.

Middle School Basketball Tournament games for Saturday morning, February 6th have been canceled and rescheduled as follows:

MS Girls will play Thurs., February 11th at West Liberty-Salem starting @ 5:00 in the Aux. Gym.

MS Boys will play Thurs., February 11th at West Liberty-Salem starting @ 5:00 in the Main gym.

The golf team will be raffling off a Nintendo Wii. The drawing will be at halftime of the last Boy's home basketball game of the season. You do not have to be present to win. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 tickets for $5.00. Tickets will be available at the south gym entrance.

FIRST ANNUAL LADY TIGER TRACK AND FIELD CHILI COOK-OFF & DINNER
Rescheduled for Friday, February 19th from 4:30-6:30
The WL-S Girls Track and Field teamis sponsoring a chili cook-off and dinner on Friday, February 19th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. A panel of celebrity judges will be on hand and the overall winner will receive $250. There will also be $50 winners in each category: spicy, traditional and veggie/non red meat. The entry fee is $20 and each participant will receive a t-shirt. Enter as an individual or as a team. Entry forms will be available at the Big Orange Shoe Shop or at the school.

The chili dinner will include a salad, corn bread and a homemade dessert. Tickets are $6 and will be available by contacting a girls track and field team member, at all home girls and boys high school basketball games or by calling Ann Vogel at 465-0931. All proceeds will benefit WL-S Girls Track and Field.
