  • West Liberty Salem Athletic Department wants to remind the HS Boys Basketball fans that the Shawnee game that was canceled earlier in the season is scheduled to be held on Jan. 28th with the Freshmen game starting at 4:30 at Springfield Shawnee.

  • District Rated Excellent
    Six Years in a Row!
    WL-S has been rated excellent for the sixth year in a row by the Ohio Department of Education.  The district met 25 of 26 state indicators on the local report card.  The district also had the highest Performance index in the history of the school, 104.2.  This Performance index places the district in the top 15% of the state.  Along with our highest Performance Index ever, the district also met AYP and Value Added.  We are very proud of our students and staff.  Click on the following links to review our performance.

  • West Liberty-Salem School is a public water system (PWS) responsible for providing drinking water that meets state and federal requirements. Samples were drawn from various distribution points throughout the building for testing of lead and copper. The results revealed that West Liberty-Salem is compliant with the state and federal standards.
